Wendy has had an impressive career trajectory from being a successful young agent showing homes in the frigid Nova Scotia winters to managing multiple offices and launching her own thriving brokerage. For over 2 decades Wendy has had a 50 yard line seat Managing the best of the best in the real estate game and holding C level positions at multiple world class brokerages.

In her current role at Compass as President of California, Hawaii and Nevada she has a unique perspective of what it takes to succeed at the highest level in brokerage as an agent, a manager and a C level executive of a publicly traded company.

In her free time you can find Wendy leaning into her active, outdoors lifestyle in Newport Beach where frigid winters of the past fade into distant memory.
